Research Scientist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Research Scientist to join the Health Science team, this role focuses on leading and contributing to innovative research projects utilizing large-scale biobehavioral data to enhance understanding of sleep, women's reproductive health, and cardiometabolic health, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate scientific insights into impactful product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to end-to-end research projects using multimodal physiological and behavioral data
• Design rigorous studies and analyses to address scientific questions in sleep and circadian biology, women's health, and physical activity
• Develop and apply advanced statistical and computational models to derive meaningful health insights from real-world data

Required qualifications

• A PhD in a relevant field combined with a degree in a quantitative or computational discipline
• Strong track record of first-authored publications in peer-reviewed journals or patent applications
• Deep hands-on experience with statistical modeling and applied machine learning in Python or R
• Fluency in advanced statistical methods and comfort with real-world data complexities
• Demonstrated interest and domain knowledge in areas such as sleep biology, women's health, or cardiometabolic health
