Key responsibilities
- Track category trends and scientific developments to inform product pipeline and innovation
- Lead formulation efforts and collaborate with internal and external partners to bring new products to market
- Review and optimize existing products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a technical area such as animal science or nutrition
- Extensive experience in product formulation and early-stage ingredient R&D
- Proven project management skills with 5+ years of experience leading new product development projects
- Experience in conducting in-vitro and in-vivo trials and analyzing data
