Research Scientist in Generative AI

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist in Generative AI for professional creative workflows, this remote full-time position will conduct original research, develop innovative methods, and translate insights into prototypes that enhance creative processes across various media.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct original research in generative AI for professional creative workflows across image, video, 3D, vector graphics, and design
• Develop new methods that advance the state of the art while remaining relevant to real creative and production workflows
• Translate research insights into prototypes, experiments, and model capabilities that can inform product direction

Required qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, or a closely related discipline
• Strong academic research track record in computer vision, computer graphics, machine learning, or generative modeling
• Experience in generative and multimodal modeling, including diffusion models, 3D generation, and video generation
• Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with the ability to implement and adapt modern research code
• Demonstrated ability to conduct original research and publish papers while building working systems or prototypes
