Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Nano Technology, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of research experience in a related discipline
• Preferred experience with aluminum, particularly in automotive applications
• Proven experience in managing projects related to industrial processes and product development
• Strong ability to collaborate across functions and with various stakeholders
