Research Specialist Lead

Job Summary

To support operational excellence, the full-time salaried GPRT Research Specialist Lead will research and resolve complex member issues, provide guidance on documentation and compliance, and contribute to process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve complex cases using advanced knowledge of policies and procedures
• Guide research strategies and documentation standards to ensure accurate written responses
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support initiatives for enhanced case handling

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 4 years of experience in customer service, benefit plans, grievances, or appeals
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
