Research Study Coordinator

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations for a NIDA-funded SBIR grant, the full-time Research Study Coordinator will manage site coordination, participant recruitment, and data management for a study on telehealth buprenorphine treatment across five high-risk settings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sites, monitoring study progress and recruitment milestones
• Coordinate participant recruitment, follow-up, and stipend management across all sites
• Maintain participant data accuracy in REDCap and prepare data exports for biostatistics partners

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience in clinical or public health research coordination or a related social services role
• Master's degree in social science, public health, or a related field
• Familiarity with IRB processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles
• Comfort with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
• Deep commitment to harm reduction and improving the health of individuals who use drugs
