Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Support Agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with product usability support and research assistance, promoting additional features and products
  • Diagnose and resolve problems using department tools, resources, and expertise
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, reporting feedback and resolving issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate or LLB preferred
  • State bar licensure preferred
  • Customer service relationship building in all customer contacts
  • Strong PC skills, including working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and multiple internet browsers
  • Typing skills - minimum 40 wpm
