Research Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Support Specialist who will collect and analyze data to evaluate competitive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and verifies marketing materials and information from various sources
• Designs and maintains relational databases and generates analytical reports
• Coordinates survey projects and compiles data for reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of office experience, preferably in a healthcare-related organization
• Formal training in computer applications such as spreadsheets or word processing strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare and the enrollment process preferred
• Experience with detailed databases and spreadsheets
