Research Technical Leader

Job Summary

Leading product strategies for Child Care garments, the full-time Research Technical Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, mentor team members, and influence product development decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product strategies for Pull-Ups and Goodnites while collaborating with Brand Strategy, Innovation, and Marketing teams
• Champion the FEI process to transition new product ideas to development and commercialization teams
• Coach and mentor indirect team members on product and consumer best practices, presenting innovation plans to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of significant product development experience with consumer products
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders
• Technical expertise in product design with cross-functional experience in materials and/or processes
• Deep understanding of garment product variants, particularly in Child Care products
