Job Summary

A company is looking for a Researcher to join their Learning, Translation and Quality Measurement Program in the Health division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects related to healthcare quality, safety, and patient engagement
• Conduct literature searches, data collection and analysis, and provide technical assistance
• Prepare technical reports, engage in business development activities, and support collaboration among team members

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree with 0-3 years of related experience or M.A., M.S., or M.P.H. with 4-7 years of related experience in health economics, health services research, social science, evaluation research, or public health
• Experience in healthcare quality, safety, measurement, or patient and family engagement
• Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research with analytic software proficiency
• Experience in grant or contract-funded environment is desirable
• Bilingual in Spanish with experience in conducting Spanish-language interviews and focus groups is desired
