Researcher (Entry Level)

Job Summary

To support individuals and families navigating corporate relocations, the part-time Researcher (Entry Level) will conduct online and phone research, assisting with tasks such as finding healthcare providers and childcare options, while working remotely with flexible hours for a contract duration of 2-3 months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online and phone research to assist clients with relocation needs
• Collaborate with the Research team to ensure accurate and timely information delivery
• Manage a flexible work schedule while meeting client needs during business hours

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; some college education is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficient in internet searching and able to quickly learn proprietary research tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and good phone skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
