Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Researcher in Public Policy to support the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation by conducting applied research on public benefits programs and digital government delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring student analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct applied research on core public benefits programs and digital government delivery challenges
- Collaborate with various teams to develop insights and publications that inform government practices
- Mentor and manage Student Analysts while contributing to iterative feedback processes on research outputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience in conducting and publishing applied research in policy or related fields
- Familiarity with core public benefits programs and technology delivery challenges
- Experience in planning research projects with strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality results under deadlines
