Job Summary

- Guide Reseller Partners through onboarding and certification processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service or Account Management; Reseller experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM software; Salesforce preferred
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Professional demeanor with strong conflict resolution skills
- AI experience is a plus
