Reservation Sales Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Evening Reservation Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner in all functions of the Reservation Center
• Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue
• Work evening hours from 3pm to 12:30am Central Time

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and skill equivalent to four years of high school
• Experience working with the public in a service industry is preferred
• Ability to take written and verbal direction
• Ability to operate a computer and use the reservation process
• Ability to relate to the public and team members in a warm and professional manner
