Reservation Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservation Sales Associate to handle inbound reservation calls either from home or in the Omaha, NE office.

Key Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions and drive reservation sales by understanding caller needs
• Handle sales calls, make reservations, and manage adjustments or cancellations in the reservation system
• Respond to inquiries professionally and assist with guest enrollment in the Select Guest program

Required Qualifications and Training

• Passion for the hotel and resort business
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and be receptive to coaching
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Intermediate experience with basic computer programs and proficiency in the reservation system
• Prior call center experience is a plus
