Reservation Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservation Sales Associate to handle inbound reservation calls either from home or in the Omaha, NE office.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer inquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle requests in a professional manner
• Manage sales calls, make phone reservations, and adjust or cancel reservations as needed
• Assist with the enrollment in the Select Guest program and respond effectively to all inquiries

Required Qualifications and Training

• Demonstrated passion for the hotel and resort business
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and show receptiveness to coaching
• Experience working independently and as part of a team
• Intermediate experience with basic computer programs (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Must have a working PC or laptop that meets specified technical requirements
