Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Reservation Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy rates, and overall profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of reservation sales managers and coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to achieve revenue goals
Qualification Requirements and Attitudes:
  • Experience in hotel reservation sales management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical craft and a master of reservations systems
  • Has a strong understanding of the style, design and nuance of luxury that is required to create a distinctive brand experience for each customer
  • Is collaborative, works well in a matrixed team environment and has strong influencing skills as well as a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Educational experience including a bachelor's degree is preferred
