Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to guests' inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and general questions
• Assisting in guest challenge resolution and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Executing billing and financial transactions accurately and efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence
• Gracious people and sales skills, excellent phone manner, and positive guest engagement
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and team members
