Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide local expertise and guidance for products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and timely manner
• Create and update reservations for all services and products in the system
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• No formal experience necessary; training will be provided
• Desire to learn and grow in the role
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to work full-time during the winter seasonal period
