Reservations Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to partners and tour operators, the full-time Reservations Agent will assist with modifications, cancellations, and inquiries related to reservations while working remotely in a year-round position.

Key responsibilities

• Guide partners and tour operators through online booking portals and respond to inquiries via email
• Book, modify, and cancel reservations accurately while addressing partner complaints and discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and participate in audits and ad hoc projects

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with hospitality software is preferred but not required
