Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time seasonal Reservations Agent will assist partners with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries while working remotely during the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.
Key responsibilities
- Guide partners and tour operators in using online booking portals and respond to partner inquiries via email
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations, ensuring accuracy through phone and Zendesk interactions
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and maintain the integrity of booking systems
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the travel industry
