Job Summary
To support a luxury resort experience, the part-time hourly Reservations Agent will respond to guest inquiries, assist with challenge resolution, and ensure accurate billing while working remotely from select states.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guests' inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and accommodations
- Assist in resolving guest challenges and collaborate with team members to exceed expectations
- Accurately execute billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests while upselling resort services
Required qualifications
- Two years of experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations, preferably at a luxury resort
- Ability to create professional business correspondence
- Excellent phone manner and gracious people skills
- Proven ability to work cohesively with other departments and team members
