Job Summary

To provide exceptional guest experiences, the part-time hourly Reservations Agent will respond to inquiries about room reservations and pricing, assist in resolving guest challenges, and ensure accurate billing and financial transactions while working remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and accommodations
• Assist in resolving guest challenges and collaborate with team members to exceed expectations
• Ensure accurate execution of billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests

Required qualifications

• Two years of experience in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort
• Ability to create professional business letter correspondence
• Strong people and sales skills with an excellent phone manner
• Capability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team
