Job Summary
A company is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to maintain accurate information and provide administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all systems impacting inventory availability
- Provide administrative support for guest reservations and manage reservation details
- Respond to client inquiries and foster positive relationships through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 2-3 years of administrative and sales support experience in hospitality or related fields
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with property management software
