Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Coordinator to maintain accurate information and provide administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all systems impacting inventory availability
  • Provide administrative support for guest reservations and manage reservation details
  • Respond to client inquiries and foster positive relationships through effective communication

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • 2-3 years of administrative and sales support experience in hospitality or related fields
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and familiar with property management software
