Job Summary
Supporting the efficient operation of the Reservations Department, the full-time Reservations Marketing Specialist will oversee reservations operations, inventory control, and guest communications while collaborating with various departments to maximize room revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee processing and management of individual, group, and crew reservations while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support hotel revenue optimization through inventory control, room allocation, and collaboration with Revenue Management
- Maintain reservation records and assist with forecasting, billing arrangements, and performance reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue support, or group housing management
- Experience with Hyatt PMS, revenue, sales, and marketing systems preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and revenue management
- Proficiency in managing corporate and leisure groups and contracts
- Ability to maintain data integrity and deliver excellent guest communication
