Reservations Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Sales Specialist to convert qualified leads into confirmed reservations in a performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective guests through the reservation process via phone, email, and web inquiries
• Prepare lease paperwork and update reservations in Salesforce and other systems
• Attend team meetings to align with cross-functional goals and represent company values

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in hospitality, real estate, corporate housing, or a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with Salesforce CRM
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced sales environment
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
