Job Summary
Leading a dynamic reservations team, the full-time Reservations Supervisor will oversee daily operations in a remote setting, ensuring exceptional guest service, reservation accuracy, and revenue conversion while coaching and developing team members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the reservations department across multiple hotel and resort properties
- Ensure high levels of guest service and accuracy in reservations while driving revenue conversion
- Conduct call auditing, coaching, and performance accountability to develop reservation agents
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a reservations or front desk role within the hospitality industry preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership position
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and software
- Knowledge of revenue management principles
- Experience auditing calls and conducting coaching sessions strongly preferred
