Reservations Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the efficient operation of the Reservations Department, the full-time hourly Reservations Systems Specialist will oversee reservations operations, inventory control, group coordination, and guest communications while maximizing room revenue and guest satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the processing and management of individual, group, and crew reservations while delivering exceptional customer service
• Support hotel revenue optimization through inventory control, pricing strategies, and collaboration with Sales and Revenue Management teams
• Maintain reservation records and assist with forecasting, billing arrangements, and performance reporting

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue support, or group housing management
• Preferred experience managing corporate and leisure groups, crew business, and corporate accounts
• Strong understanding of reservations, inventory control, and revenue management
• Experience with Hyatt PMS, Revenue, Sales, and reservation systems is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and group contract administration
