Job Summary

Supporting capacity building and quality assurance activities, the part-time Resettlement and Integration Consultant will identify potential partners for the Program of Initial Resettlement, conduct assessments, provide technical assistance, and develop resources for affiliates, all while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit at least 10 potential partners for the Program of Initial Resettlement and conduct outreach meetings
  • Provide technical assistance and host up to 30 meetings to support affiliates in expanding services for the refugee population
  • Review case files and conduct assessments to ensure compliance and recommend case allocations to affiliates based on their profiles and resources
Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Refugee Program, with prior experience at a resettlement affiliate preferred
  • Experience providing case management services to immigrants
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IRIS preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with program staff and affiliates
