Residency Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residency Advisor to guide medical students through the application process for residency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and pre-medical students on application strategies and materials
• Conduct one-on-one advising sessions, including specialty selection and personal statement development
• Facilitate mock residency interviews and provide feedback on applications

Required Qualifications

• Attended a U.S. Medical School
• MD or DO Physician
• Successfully matched into residency
• Deep familiarity with the residency application process, including ERAS and NRMP Match
• Prior experience mentoring medical students or residents
