Resident Architect - Brazil

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Resident Architect - Brazil will lead customers in the strategic application of observability practices, partner with internal teams to articulate the value proposition, and act as a trusted advisor on telemetry design while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers in applying Honeycomb and observability practices to achieve technical and business goals
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to communicate Honeycomb's value proposition at various organizational levels
• Mentor engineering teams on observability concepts and best practices while troubleshooting complex customer issues

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of OpenTelemetry and its ecosystem
• Experience in software development or system operations, preferably with distributed systems
• Working knowledge of popular cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Fluency in at least one programming language such as Ruby, Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, or .NET
• Strong intuition for telemetry data modeling and organization
