Key Responsibilities

• Manage colleagues to exceed client expectations and achieve quality and performance metrics
• Oversee a Corporate Dining Facility and maintain effective client and customer relations
• Develop the management team through training, coaching, and mentoring for operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Dining Services
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required, preferably in Culinary Arts or Hotel/Restaurant Management
• Proven track record in driving performance in high-end multi-level care communities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience in financial and community performance analysis and corrective action
