Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large, multidiscipline design projects during the construction phase
• Ensure adherence to approved design, specifications, and contractual agreements
• Drive project forward through closeout, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of project experience in the AEC industry
• At least 2 years of experience in project or construction management
• Core knowledge of engineering and design terminology, contracts, and financials
• Demonstrated expertise in project and construction management
• Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
