Resident Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Engineer to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to gather network information and understand customer requirements
• Test new designs and features in a lab environment and implement them in the live network
• Provide training to customer personnel on configuring and operating Juniper Networks products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, implementation, and operation of large-scale IP networks
• Experience with JUNOS CLI and large-scale QFX, EX, PTX switching and routing
• Prior work experience in a large enterprise or Data Center with EVPN/VXLAN experience
• Knowledge of core routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
• Expert-level technical certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, and CCIE are a strong plus
