Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resident Experience Manager - Utility & Partner Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for utility and partner services
  • Manage third-party utility providers to ensure appropriate utility connection and billing
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound resident communication in a timely and empathetic manner
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of property management, residential services, or related experience
  • Strong understanding of related software, including Salesforce and PropertyWare
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated adaptability and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
