Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resident Experience Manager - Utility & Partner Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for utility and partner services
- Manage third-party utility providers to ensure appropriate utility connection and billing
- Facilitate inbound and outbound resident communication in a timely and empathetic manner
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of property management, residential services, or related experience
- Strong understanding of related software, including Salesforce and PropertyWare
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated adaptability and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment
