Resident Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time Remote Commercial Lines Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact, working with onshore/offshore teams to renew policies, bind new business, and enhance customer relationships while training junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients while collaborating with team members

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in Agency Management Systems
• Preferred industry designations include CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
