Residential Appraisal Reviewer

Job Summary

Reviewing residential appraisals for conventional transactions, the full-time Residential Appraisal Reviewer will conduct thorough desk reviews, provide administrative reviews on valuation products, and collaborate with various stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete desk reviews of appraisals to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Analyze and evaluate appraisal results, addressing issues that affect property values
• Collaborate with internal and external parties regarding appraisal inquiries and processes

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of demonstrated appraisal review experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
