Seeking a full-time Review Appraiser, the ideal candidate will review and analyze appraisal reports for accuracy, advise appraisers on necessary corrections, and ensure compliance with government regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and analyze appraisal reports for accuracy and adherence to industry guidelines
- Advise appraisers to clarify or correct information in appraisal reports
- Prepare and present reports on appraisal quality and findings
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Current Residential Appraiser license required
- A minimum of 2-5 years of residential appraisal or appraisal review experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of appraisal concepts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
