Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Credit Associate to support the underwriting and management of residential credit investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential credit transactions from approval through closing
• Support diligence and collateral validation for residential loan acquisitions
• Assist in evaluating residential credit opportunities and monitor portfolio performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in real estate credit, private credit, structured finance, or mortgage finance
• Familiarity with loan-level collateral or mortgage-backed securities
• Background in a lender, credit fund, diligence firm, or investment platform
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
• Experience with loan documentation and collateral review
