Job Summary

A company is looking for a TE Residential Credit Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite residential mortgage loans in accordance with Conventional guidelines
• Input data and analyze findings using various AUS engines and systems
• Review credit reports and appraisal forms to assess risk and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent industry experience required
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience required
• 3+ years of securitization experience required
• 3+ years of recent frontline underwriting experience with various loan types
• Strong underwriting knowledge of compliance regulations and guidelines
