Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Loan Coordinator to assist with coordinating and verifying information on loans in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Act as the initial point of contact for completed loan applications and follow up with third parties for required documents
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to facilitate the loan process and provide status updates as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current experience in a coordinator role within a broker environment
• 2+ years of mortgage operations experience, with experience in registering, locking, and disclosing residential mortgage loans
• Familiarity with UWM preferred
• Ability to learn quickly and operate independently in a high-volume role
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable with strong organizational skills
