Job Summary

Supporting Mortgage Loan Officers and clients, the full-time Residential Mortgage Loan Processor will collect, assemble, validate, and submit residential mortgage loan documentation remotely, while also mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Process complex residential mortgage loans, ensuring completeness and adherence to guidelines for timely submission to underwriting and closing
• Evaluate debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratios, document sources of large deposits, and confirm compliance with investor requirements
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of experience in residential mortgage banking, including processing and underwriting
