Residential Mortgage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Specialist to help customers secure lending solutions and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loan applications through various channels
• Conduct pre-qualification interviews and recommend loan solutions
• Manage mortgage loan pipelines and maintain communication with customers and partners

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years of experience in consumer lending, loan origination, processing, or credit analysis
• Experience in a multi-channel sales environment is preferred
• Knowledge of lending regulations including ECOA, RESPA, and Regulation Z is preferred
