Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Services Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from quoting through delivery, ensuring timely service and communication
• Document and input customer orders into Salesforce, maintaining accurate data for procurement and accounting
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors, while negotiating terms to maximize margins

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related industry or equivalent processes
• Experience in a customer-facing remote environment
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various sites simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
