Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate scopes of work from construction partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and market value enhancement
• Oversee the dispatch of home field agents and photographers to minimize downtime and optimize listing timelines
• Standardize vendor quotes and negotiate with general contractors to secure competitive pricing and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction, including scheduling and field supervision
• Proven ability to manage 30+ active work orders simultaneously
• Expertise in identifying inflated costs in construction trades
• Proficient in PM software and digital tools for managing projects
• Strong relationship management skills with vendors and trades
