Job Summary

Driving revenue growth remotely, the full-time Residential Sales Representative will convert inbound consumer leads into sales, expand the dealer network, and achieve aggressive sales targets through direct-to-consumer transactions and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities
  • Convert leads into sales by managing inbound consumer inquiries with urgency and professionalism
  • Hunt for new business within consumer and dealer channels, identifying prospects and leveraging digital tools
  • Grow dealer accounts by onboarding new partners and expanding wallet share with existing ones
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account acquisition, preferably in consumer products or B2B sales
  • A proven track record of hunting new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling and digital lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature with a drive to win business
