Job Summary

To maximize revenues and minimize cancellations, the full-time Residential Sales Specialist will respond to customer sales and cancellation requests, utilizing effective negotiation and consultative selling strategies while working remotely within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer sales and cancellation requests, providing education on contract details and securing commitments
• Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting sales and retention goals
• Utilize sales productivity software tools to generate revenue growth through consultative selling approaches

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant work experience
• One year of consumer-based industry sales experience
• Internal candidates must have nine months of proven success in a customer interaction role
