Job Summary

To maximize revenues and minimize cancellation impacts, the full-time Residential Sales Specialist will respond to customer sales and cancellation requests, employing effective negotiation and sales strategies while working remotely within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Handles customer sales and cancellation requests, securing contract commitments through effective telephone-based negotiation
• Generates revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach to acquire and retain customers
• Resolves escalations for customer service and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales and retention goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in consumer-based industry sales
• Internal candidates must have nine months of proven success in a customer interaction role
• Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
• No specific certifications or licenses required
