• Manage customer projects from quoting through delivery, ensuring timely communication and documentation
• Accurately enter customer orders and maintain data integrity in Salesforce
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors to maximize service efficiency and profitability

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related industry or equivalent processes
• Experience in a customer-facing remote environment
• Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
