Job Summary

Supporting the Incentive Program Manager, the full-time Residential Solar Incentive Program Analyst will assist in onboarding, managing, and ensuring compliance for the company's Residential Solar Incentive Programs in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new residential solar incentive programs by creating detailed guidelines and operational checklists
• Monitor program changes and assess their impact on operations and financials while ensuring compliance with Rebate Authorities
• Compile and analyze data to improve forecasting accuracy and support cross-functional collaboration for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with residential solar incentive programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and regulatory research
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in creating reports and templates
• Exposure to project coordination or project management support is a plus
